Yes. Standard managed website plans do not have a separate website-build charge upfront. You do not start paying while we build the site. Your first plan payment is due after you approve the finished website for launch. Work outside the scope of your selected plan is discussed and quoted separately.

You do not begin making plan payments while we are building your website. Once the website is completed and you approve it for launch, your first payment is due and your plan begins. For monthly plans, that is also when the 6-month initial commitment starts.

After the initial 6-month commitment, your managed website service continues month-to-month unless another billing arrangement has been selected. You can continue using Webernator or request cancellation according to the terms of your service agreement.

Yes. Annual plans are prepaid for one year at the annual price shown on the pricing cards. Payment is due after you approve the finished website for launch, and your selected managed website services are covered for that prepaid year.

No. Managed hosting, SSL, Cloudflare setup, caching and performance optimization, security monitoring, monthly backups, WordPress maintenance, and premium plugins are part of your active Webernator plan. If your project needs a paid third-party service outside the plan, we will discuss it with you before adding it.

If you want Webernator to manage your website long term, we will normally redesign or migrate it into our managed WordPress setup first. This gives us a consistent foundation for hosting, Cloudflare, performance optimization, updates, security monitoring, monthly backups, premium plugins, and technical support.

Your domain name, business name, logo, photographs, customer information, and original business content remain yours. Webernator manages the WordPress website, hosting environment, software configuration, and technical services while your managed website plan is active.

Yes. Webernator uses premium and Pro WordPress plugins when they add useful functionality, performance, security, SEO, ecommerce, booking, or integration features to your website. Examples of premium tools we have worked with include WP Rocket, Rank Math Pro, Fluent Forms Pro, Complianz Premium, WooCommerce Bookings, WP Fusion, and Mailchimp Pro. While your website is on an active Webernator plan, we manage the premium plugins we provide and their applicable updates. If you later move the website away from Webernator, some premium plugins may require your own license or may need to be replaced.

Yes. If you have a specific WordPress plugin or feature in mind, let us know. Webernator has access to a large library of premium and Pro WordPress tools and can determine whether the plugin is a good fit for your website and managed setup. If a requested plugin requires its own third-party account, subscription, API service, specialty license, or additional custom development, we will discuss any additional cost with you before adding it.

Yes. Blog or news functionality can be added to the Up to 5 Pages, Up to 10 Pages, Online Store, and Booking & Reservations plans at no additional charge. Webernator can set up the blog layout, post template, categories, and publishing structure so you can add new posts through WordPress. Individual blog posts do not count toward your website’s page limit. Large post migrations, ongoing blog writing, content entry, or more complex publishing setups can be quoted separately.

Monthly website backups are included with every managed plan. If your business needs a more frequent backup schedule, such as weekly or daily backups, that can be added as an optional upgrade.

Yes. After your initial commitment has been completed, you may request a website transfer. Your domain, original business content, images, and customer data remain yours. Premium software or services licensed through Webernator may require your own license or a replacement if the site is moved elsewhere.

Yes. Access is provided based on what you need to manage your business. Clients may receive access for content, products, orders, bookings, or other business functions while Webernator retains technical administration access needed to securely manage hosting, software, updates, and maintenance.

Yes. A direct-booking website does not require you to stop using third-party marketplaces. Many businesses use marketplace listings for exposure while also offering direct reservations through their own website.

The Online Store plan includes initial setup for up to 3 products or services. Additional product entry, large catalogs, advanced shipping or tax rules, subscriptions, specialty integrations, or other custom store requirements may require an additional quote.

The standard Booking & Reservations plan includes initial setup for up to 3 bookable listings, rentals, or services. Larger portfolios, multiple properties, complex availability rules, specialty integrations, custom workflows, or other advanced requirements can be quoted separately.

Webernator handles the ongoing technical side of your managed website, including hosting, WordPress updates, security monitoring, monthly backups, performance, premium plugins, and routine troubleshooting. Small content edits can be requested, while new pages, redesigns, major content entry, or new functionality may require a separate quote.

Yes. WordPress websites can usually be expanded with additional pages, online booking, e-commerce, memberships, integrations, automation, and custom features as your business grows.
